I live locally so this store is convenient however the consistency of the food quality is like a lottery. The only thing that is consistent is that the store is always dirty. Have any of the staff got any brains, any insight. They stand behind the counter with not a thought about what goes on on the customers side. Is there any customer service trainig in KFC. If so it requires a major overhaul. The young fellow who served me was hesitant to give me a tray for my dine in meal as he saw it was dirty. He gave me the next one in the stack, it was also dirty. Every table or chair was fouled with food scraps. Come on get your act together
